The Senior Pastor and Chief Executive Officer of the local church are the Directors of the GLOCAL Church Extension Center. The local church owns its Training Center. Please note that TOUCH GLOCAL will not install a school in any church without the approval and enthusiastic support of the Senior Pastor.

Each Director and/or Administrator selects the classes scheduled from the published course listings. The TOUCH GLOCAL Training Center in Houston receives and processes all course requests. All courses are booked through that source. The course outlines provided should be used to assist in course selection.

In traditional churches, courses are taught in short-term intensive seminars which meet two or three consecutive days each month. Each course consists of approximately ten classroom sessions fifty minutes in length with a five hundred minute minimum class time commitment. A typical course schedule could be:

Many Cell Churches will wish to change this schedule to blend with Celebration services or ten week long School of Leadership classes held Sundays or Wednesday evenings. In Houston, the TOUCH Family Church has placed a great emphasis on cell groups living together for weekends at TOUCH Ranch CLICK HERE and spending Friday night, all day Saturday, and Sunday through late afternoon together.
